SHIPPING

After we receive your order confirmation, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Our shipping fees are based on product weight. The delivery time is from 3-8 business days, depending on location. Since the items are fragile pieces, we only offer to ship within the United States.  Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

RETURNS

Accidents happen and if your product arrives broken or damaged, you will have up to 7 days to contact us via email at karmita.creative@gmail.com. Please provide your name, item description, and order number so we can offer the best solution to you. Also, please do not forget to include pictures of the damaged item. At the end of the day we want to make sure you have a great experience shopping with us, and we will do whatever we can to ensure that :)
